In it, young Kylie makes what appears to be a Powerpoint presentation with sound (this is earth shattering?) but the music is what really makes it! At least this ad makes a little bit more sense than other recent Microsoft advertising efforts.

But most of all, I love how this ad really attracts the Arrested Development watcher. Case in point:
