I thought it was Clear, as in, all of those media-saturated ads about the new “wimax” service in Philadelphia. Have a look as I think the resemblance is too close for comfort:

Let’s go over the obvious. Similarly sized green orb-like balls with silvery gray swooshes on their surface. In addition, sans-serif gray centered text beneath. Am I grasping here? I think not – at small enough sizes the two are practically interchangeable.
